SERVICE
TO TENANTS
At White Letting we provide a selection of well maintained
furnished and unfurnished properties of varying sizes and
budgets, ranging from studio flats from as little as £175
per calendar month (pcm) up to five bedroom homes from £750
pcm.
As
a tenant candidate you will be asked to complete an applicant
form and credit search request. Prior to offering you
a tenancy in one of our properties, we will require:

current employment reference

A
previous employment reference (if your current ID is
less than six months)

previous landlord’s reference (if applicable)

Subject to acceptance, you will require a deposit equal
to one month’s rent; one month’s rent in
advance and an administration fee dependant on the type
of application.
